Policies On Retainer Fees, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Brian Jones Photography will require payment of a $150 non refundable retainer fee from the client in exchange for a confirmed photo shoot reservation. The retainer fee shall be credited towards the full cost of the client’s photo shoot if the client arrives to his/her photo shoot on the designated date and time as promised. Brian Jones Photography operates under a no cancellation policy. A cancellation will result in a forfeiture of the retainer fee. Rescheduling is permitted if the request is made at least 72 hours prior (firm) to the start of the client’s scheduled photo shoot. One reschedule request is permitted. A subsequent reschedule request will result in the forfeiture of the initial retainer fee. The photo shoot will be considered cancelled and the retainer fee will be forfeited if the client has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time of their photo shoot.
